For International Orders
1. International — Airmail
(Cost £7.00**)
For Airmail delivery our target time is within three working days to Western
Europe, four working days to Eastern Europe and five working days for the
rest of the world.
2. Royal Mail — Special Delivery
(Cost £9.50**)
For Airmail delivery with Signed For service our target time is within three
working days to Western Europe, four working days to Eastern Europe and five
working days for the rest of the world.
Parcel tracking numbers are provided on the dispatch
confirmation emails, this will allow you to track and trace your parcel on
the Royal Mail website.
You can track all International Signed For items until
they leave the UK only.

We want you to feel completely confident when you buy from
us. For most items you can return what you buy to us in new condition and in
the original packaging within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund.
Return instructions:
If you would like to make a return, please first contact us and provide the
following information:
1. Product name and code.
2. Description of items being returned.
3. Reason for return (arrived damaged, arrived defective, incorrect item,
wrong size, changed my mind, other (explain).
4. The item(s) should be returned in the condition they were received
including the boxes.
All returns must be securely packaged and sent by Royal
Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. If the package is lost or stolen
you are responsible for claiming compensation from the Royal Mail. Please
note Recorded Delivery does not offer compensation for jewellery.
Generally refund will be made within 48 hours of the goods
arriving back to us. Please note that any postage charges will not be
included in the refund.
We do reserve the right to send goods back to you if they
are not in new condition, not in the original packaging or if you have
returned the incorrect items.
Products purchased may be returned for a full refund if
the following conditions are adhered to:
— Products are returned within 7 days of delivery;
— Payment has been cleared and previously authorised;
— Where your order was paid by credit/debit card a refund can only be issued
to the card used to make the original purchase.
Exceptions
We do not exchange or refund earrings for Health and Safety reasons.
